X1-9050 is the 2nd-generation of YMTC 3D NAND flash memory products. It was put into small-scale mass production in August 2019. It is YMTC's first product designed and processed with the Xtacking® architecture to be put into mass production. Chip capacity is 256GB, and maximum I/O speed can reach 800MT/s. X1-9050 is supported by mainstream controllers in the industry and can be widely used in the development of consumer, enterprise, and mobile storage products.
